Has anyone used this AV linker before???

I wish to send a signal from my Humax to a TV in a bedroom (10 metres away). Are these little things realible??? Obviously there are walls in between and both base and receiver can not see each other....I am saying this because on the instruction it says someghing about line of sight....

Operational Range: up to 100 metres (line of sight)
Remote Control Range: up to 50 metres (line of sight)

For around $100 bucks I think It is a good choice rather than having to buy an extra decoder and do all the cabling involved....any ideas......

i tend to like the cabling option i have done this with cabling all my sat boxes to all the tv's in the house and assigning each of them to there own RF channel so when i change channels on the tv it picks up a different box with a different channel on it for each tv

the wireless option dont work to well with brick walls between them and tend to have interfearance from other things in the house sometimes

[ 12. My house is double brick and they don't work at all over a longer distance. I use a router to divert signals everywhere ( we have 15 TV's 3 lounge rooms in the House and I can send anything to anywhere) For those that have been in my place they will know what I'm talking about

Some 2.4ghz senders have a trace inside that can be cut to boost the power to illegal levels ;-)

if you have wireless network at home, don't even try those wireless AV senders. They simply don't work. I have to turn off my wireless router to be able to watch tv in my bedroom.
