Quick Question Phil

I think that the 3 Rus channels on UBI transponders are not UBI channels but a seperate transmission agreement with UBI by MYTV and that the channels will not be available direct from UBI but from MYTV..

Are you aware of the situation

43 and 42 are hanged up at the moment. What is interesting it happend 20 minuts after I moved my dish to B3 first time this month just to check Russian language channels . Others channels are working fine.

Of the Turkish channels, there was a locally produced/re-broadcasted channel called "Vizyon", does anyone know whether this would be showing with UBI?

When there is a CI on the box, OS has special menu for CI configs and some special modes even entering codes etc. for de-crypting.

But, you can not use any legal subscryption as there is no socket to stick the card. Box is very attractive in european market but with the PCMCIA CAM slot ones where you can use any encryption system with a proper CAM and a card. Nothing for Australia yet.

Yes you're right. There is no point to waste too much money if no use for it. I reckon, your box is at least $100-$150 cheaper then the model with CI. Also, boxes here is unbelievable overpriced compare to Eu. There you can get a decent box even with a Irdeto embedded CI for about $100-$150.
