Well if UBI and PBS are owned by the same person, why setup two companies? Wouldn't it be just easier to extend UBI's coverage and add a few channels onto the existing service?

If UBI wants to attract new customers not ex tarbs customers they would have sorted out the supply issue with the crap boxes they want to sell us, even if I want to join UBI I cant because they have no boxes and they cant tell us when or how much either. In the mean time I am peed off because the channels are now encrypted, if UBI was sensible they would have left it non encryped until they got their services in place properly, there are a lot of extremely peed off Turkish customers out there because of this, and what happened to the promises of a cheaper service or discounts for pensioners

You can by TARBS STU from technicians around Australia and use them on UBI.
