Couple points that I have major issues with:<br /><br />B2.3 We may from time to time vary the programming of the Service or discontinue part of the Service without notice to you and without any adjustment to the Subscription Fee.<br /><br />B3.2 We shall not be liable to you for any delay or interruption of the Service, changes in programming or any programming errors.

Yes Foxtel,,,,,<br />You want to read their terms and conditions.<br />Shit!!! they could lose the Satellite and they expect you to keep paying, The fine print is 3 pages long.

If you dont have a working service at Foxtel the business simply isnt going to charge you if its of fault from Foxtel.
