Just because they are on satellite doesn't mean they have rights to broadcast their programming in Australia.<br /><br />Usually rights are only purchased for countrys under the satellites footprint.

B-92 goes on satellite as part of ANEM (Talk shows, News, etc...) so it's not exactly a direct feed.
