Nop! In the install menu where you enter the 4 digit, there is a warning just below the 4 digit saying "contact customer service!". is it normal?<br />I just came to a friend to check as he just received a box and couldn't set it up..

There used to be 3 count entry for the installer code and if all incorrect, box gets locked. I don't know if the friend or the sender entered wrong key more than that. It was for 3100, but I don't know if its same for 3110 as well...
