Where is this Pink Extra feed coming from? Is it from Globecast's new Asia platform?

no its coming from were Pink Plus is coming from the USA Globecast Platform

haha, that's sad. Quality of Pink Extra here in Canada (on Globecast) is awful. Once converted back to Pal for you Aussies, it's going be really crappy pic. oh i don't watch it. not payin $25 US for it. but friend of mine is subscribed and I saw that Pink Plus has good picture but Pink Extra is disaster. Blocks all over the picture. Looks like bad Avi encode. Haha. Now you guys say that Pink Plus sucks down under and they get it from GC. This just makes me wonder what Pink Extra would look like. Maybe Tv minus gets it thru dial up from GC in USA? HAHAHA

my friend only pay $6 extra (for total of $26) to get Pink Extra along with Pink Plus so he doesn't care that much. Otherwise, he says he would cancel it right away because quality blows. And this is in Canada where signal has only been converted once from PAL to NTSC. <br />As I said TV Minus must be really saving on transfer of their channels from USA plus another conversion on top of that (NTSC to PAL)<br />BRUTAL. So how many channels do they have? 3 channels for $65+? DAMN!!

Picture on Pink Extra is OK, so is sound. Don't know whats all the fuss about ???????

Are Tv plus charging more now for Pink extra on top of there other two channels?. or is it the same

my neighbours who have it are getting it on there current contract they got and they havent been told for any extra charges for it i guess its just filling in til BKTV comes back then it might change or stay the way it is see what happens

The quality of Pink Extra is slightly better than Pink plus, we will have to put up with it but we will not pay more than what we are paying now, If they introduce more channels and try to screw us for more money we will not be pleased because we are already paying to much for 3 channels

Setanta Sports has the rights for Australia for all World Cup Qualifiers so unless TV PLUS got permission for it to be shown on Pink Extra it wont be shown most like the signal wil be cut when the game is on

Yeah, just got the info that during the game TV+ will be showing Pink Plus instead of Pink Extra. <br /><br />Setanta Sports will show a replay 2 hours later. <br /><br />It can't get worse than this.

yes there a few games on at once tmr morning hence the 2 hour delay in some games

Why buy all the rights if you don't have the capacity to air them all at once.<br /><br />Some dodgy web site is showing it for 10euro so that's the best option for now.
