If Horizon can afford to get a decent picture then TVPlus can aswell.

maybe tight on the belt spend less make bigger profit margins i duno but if u ask them that they have a problem they would say " wat problem " LOL

What's with the TVPlus quality? We know it's bad but there seems to be a new element of "badness" to it. There seems to be like a horizontal rainbow effect, you know, the thing you sometimes get during bad analogue terrestrial reception. Also, some of the footage seems like it's being played back through a VCR, with analogue distortion happening.

There is a new Video standard now as we know there is PAL, NTSC etc.. well this is TVPLUS+ video standard its inferior video quality out does the other video standards those lines are showing u the top quality of there channels LOL <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/default/tongue.gif" />
