We have two septic tanks in our house and they have never been pumped out in the time that we've been there (seven years). The problem is when the septics get thick the overflow weir starts to get the residue (undigested shit) flowing to the septic trenches flowing out into my acreage but what causes the problem mainly was the 90mm drainage pipe which lives in a stone trench in one section was completely flattened. Possible from the house construction days where a bachoe drove on the trench thus flattening the pipe. Now this septic trench is 40m long and it was blocked in the first 10m so we had to dig 3 inspection pits to find where it was blocked, dig the section out and replace that section of pipe. The trouble is where the trenches are they are 15m lower than the house so there was alot of water and sludge trapped behind the blockage so guess what happened when i cut the pipe with a saw? the head pressue behind the pipe covered me with shit hummmmmmmm it reminded me of the waterboard days. Please look at the photo and look at all the evidence in black splattered all over the place. Everything was fixed, septics cleaned and everything back online. Total cost $10. Even my Mrs had shit all over herself and she was in the trenches with me.

The pic above is only an inspection cut out section the total lenth of pipe replaced was just over 2 M long and that trench was 3 M. I feel fit now after this 3 day job. The above trench is only 900MM wide.
