It seems this Asen guy knows info. He sent me a PM in Macedonian advising that all channels on T10 3760 H will be broadcasted from Skopje, Macedonia as of last night and 2 new channels will appear on T10 "K-15 and "Best of Macedonia"

From what I remember K-15 was a joint venture and I'm guesing BOM is also in-house produced in Macedonia with a mix of all the TV channels into a special channel.
