UBI WORLD TV - Balkan Update<br /><br />The Balkan Basic package will currently consist of MKTV, NTV Hayat and Planeta TV plus SCTV for only $49.95.<br /><br />Starting today there is a special subscription offer for the Balkans if they subscribe before 30/09/05. Advance payment is free - free activation and first month free subscription.<br /><br />Over the last few months UBI has been busy building a teleport in the Balkan region to be able to bring new quality Balkan channels to Australia – this is a large investment by UBI in the region, and symbolises our commitment to the Balkan community in Australia.<br /><br />We are currently the largest multi-lingual satellite TV provider in Australia, and have an expansion deal with Optus to increase our channel capacity by a further 17 channels giving us 73 channels in total.<br /><br />UBI has been negotiating with several major Balkan broadcasters in Macedonia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia, and are close to finalising agreements – we plan to expand our current Balkan package to 8 channels in the near future – one channel we can mention at this time is K15, a joint venture between UBI and K-15 productions (Macedonia’s largest production house) that will be on-air shortly.<br /><br />Stand by for some very very exciting news!
