From Adelaide, PAS8 is:

AZm (Magnetic compass bearing) = 33.9 deg
AZ (True azimuth) = 42.2 deg
EL (elevation) = 40.1 deg
PO (polarisation offset) = 48.6 deg (clockwise - looking towards the satellite - peak with a signal quality meter)

It's a little to the east and slightly lower than the Optus satellites.

For SELECTV use Freq = 12,526 MHz, FEC = 3/5, SR = 28,800 kSymb/s for the moning transponder (see Lyngsat for others).

Set the scan to "Network", need to read the NIT to find the other two transponders.

You should get good performance on a 60cm antenna in Adelaide (but use a good LNB).

Remember, don't fall off the roof!
