We have to many level of Government in Australia all trying to out musle each other. Enough is enough when are they going to combine these local councils together, top much bullshit goes on, have you ever tried to get an owners building permit?, it varies for local council to council to a point that makes you sick. sometimes I wonder if the councils compete with each other just to be different .
