Hey all,
Has anyone else been experiencing set-top box issues over the last 3-4 days.
On a few occasions the box reports that all the encrypted channels are scrambled. Removing and reinserting the smart card does nothing, nor does rebooting the STB. After a few minutes it comes good again.
A more serious issue I have found is that the box seems to have locked up a few times. Where either the LED display has gone blank, and looks to be off, or it reverted to show channel 1, but when I turned on the TV it was blank except for what looked like faint red lines towads the bottom. I had to reboot it to fix it.
Is there something happening on UBI's end that is causing the box to reboot/or play up, or does it seem my box may need replcaing by UBI?
The box has been perfect until now.

I had my STB plugged into a 4 socket power board, and I'm starting to wonder perhaps that is playing up and causing the issue.
So as a test I've decided to plug the STB directly into the wall socket for a few days, and see how it goes.
