FOR ALL LAWYERS IN AUSTRALIA TO READ
Tell me guys and gals in all of the cases that you have defended the accused for Child Abuse how many times has the Crown introduced either a DOCS, or a special witness giving evidence that these dark drawings drawn by a child, is evidence that the Child has been sexually abused?.
Tell me guys and Gals have you ever thought about DOCS, SACS and other Child abusing Government Departments stacking the crayons/pens/inks/ whatever in their favour by having the majority only in dark colors for the kids to write or draw with?. How do I know they do this? They did this to my children and we have evidence on that day that this happened more than once.
Remember they convict people because of these pictures drawn by an unsuspecting child.

See for the ones that don't know when DOCS steals your kids or even say borrows them from school without you knowing the CSO's try to be very nice to your children back at their Stalag and most of the times they ask them "QUOTE" while you're waiting for mummy do you want to draw some picture for me PLEASE!.
And here is where the rubbish starts and these arses will use this in a court of law to try to sink you with their so called brainwashed experts..
I am mad about this!!

and of course the education dept....being gov allow this sort of crap......they took one grandson out of school without the teacher knowing, locked him in their car...as he didnt want to go, then left him there till they collected his brother from the special school....what would happen if we left children in a locked up car no windows down in the hot sun......

Hi,
Yes solicitors are another issue. Now that I look back if I had got a decent solicitor in the first place (the likes of Terry O'Gorman) I believe this would haven have gone so far as it did.
I do sincerely believe that some solicitors are ignorant in the ways of dealing with docs and just how to play their game. I personally think you need to spoon feed your solicitor and tell them (in writing too) just what to do. etc.
Hind sight is a good thing - but now I can use it to help others.

I'm still yet to hear of one, so if you come across one let me know, my kids are crying out for an honest lawyer themselves wishing they could sack the one they've got whom they've never heard from or know their name. Don't worry the kids sep rep doesn't even know their names or even how to spell it...

I have no idea, I've wondered it myself.
I've not spoken to my lawyer about forums like this, so I probably should kick my own butt for that.
Mind you, my area is so busy with DoCS cases and such that my lawyer always seems to be in court when I try to contact her about my own case.
