Orbit channels have been taken off air due to a dispute with their studio provider in Egypt.
Does UBI has any plans to replace these channels?

I'm unaware of any such dispute. As stated on the artcard, there are technical difficulties with the Orbit Showtime Network channels and they will be returning shortly.

I am surprised that you are unaware of this dispute. It is every where on the net. I can send you a number of links to web sites discussing this dispute but they are all in Arabic and I am not sure if you read arabic or not.

The problem we had was of a technical nature. The channels returned back on-air late last night.
