DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Ivo was
located near latitude 16.9 North, longitude 114.1 West. Ivo is
moving toward the north-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h).  A motion
generally north-northwest is expected during the next few days.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 65 mph (100 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Little change in strength is forecast through Friday with
weakening likely to begin by Saturday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 105 miles (165 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 996 mb (29.42 inches).
