Following the troubles they've experienced in Australia and Malaysia with their Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS), Red Bull Racing don't seem too certain of having the unit fitted onto their RB7 racer in the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix. It makes sense to run KERS and it's our target obviously, Sebastian Vettel told the media in Shanghai on Thursday, admitting that his and his team's will is to run the system in China, especially since the circuit features two long straights where KERS wil...
