Moderate magnitude 4.4 quake hits 85 km southeast of Pondaguitan, Philippines after midnight

An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred only 16 minutes ago 85 km southeast of Pondaguitan, Philippines, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported.
The quake hit at a shallow depth of 10 km beneath the epicenter near Pondaguitan, Davao Oriental, Davao, Philippines, after midnight on Thursday, April 21st, 2022, at 12:35 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
