A magnitude 4.6 earthquake near Ise, Ise-shi, Mie, Japan, was reported only 14 minutes ago by Japan's National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience (NIED), considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at a great depth of 381.3 km beneath the epicenter in the morning on Sunday, August 21st, 2022, at 11:51 am local time.
