Summarize your bug My username does not appear for my friends in online races. I see my username (EA ID) correctly, but my friends see an empty space next to the EA logo. This seems to be independent of the platform, since some of them are on Playstation, others on Origin and others on Steam. I play on Origin and cross-play is enabled.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't experience the bug myself. You have to be in an online race with me to see it. Or maybe adding me as a friend and seeing my profile.
What happens when the bug occurs? My friends see an empty space where my username should be.
What do you expect to see? My username (EA ID).

I don't know if it can be related but I changed my EA ID just before I started to play this game. I tried to change it back to the old one to see if it fixed the problem, but the same problem occurs. It also seems that my friends can't see my multiplayer stats when accessing my superlicense profile.

There are at least two players who are able to see my username just fine (they are on Playstation), but they are not friends in-game, so it may be related to that?

My EA account is linked to a PSN account and a Steam account.
