Unable to join online lobbies or create an online lobby.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get the aforementioned error messages
What do you expect to see? I expect to join the online lobby

The problem started this wednesday.  Prior to that I did not get this error. I have not made any changes to the games (mods or whatever).  

 

I've reinstalled the game twice.
