Ok guys i really need ur help with this matter..i have been trying over and over again to get the signal from asiasat3 didnt work out...ive got 2 major problems and they are...the LNB type for the C band and the positioning of the dish..i do understand that its difficult to align it manualy like doing it with out a mtr ..but i almost got enough idea which way i am putting it its 105.5 east..but it comes up 55% in quality..wich is bad and it dosnt change to red as in getting the full signal...the second problem is the LNB type..in my reciever i can change the sat-setting from either LNBF, Universe, or normal..now im not sure which1 is better to set...i no its 5150 thnx for the replay i got..but thats for the first freq, what about freq2 do i put the same number 5150?...and what type of LNB is from the three i mentioned?...it will b so much preciated if som1 can help me im stuck for 4 days now cant watch Asiasat3..

No. There used to be a piece of metal frame used for big dish LNB mounting to convert for dual type seperate LNB connections. It was called Orthomode back in 80's and haven't used them since caming to Australia in 1991.

Now, ppl throwing the analogues and replace them with all digitalls with many CAM/Card options. It looks infinite number of channels limited number of sat as increasing every day...Its just remembering old days...and now much pleasing results..

[ 21. Yes I found out using a small dish you lose a little grunt, same as my ADL T 400 0n my 4.3m dish, a typical c-band LNBF works on very weak transponders but when I use the T 400 I get zipp (Around 1.5db loss
