An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 occurred only 11 minutes ago 34 miles northwest of Tonopah, Nevada, United States, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a shallow depth of 8.5 miles beneath the epicenter near Tonopah, Nye County, Nevada, USA, in the morning on Friday, November 10th, 2023, at 7:30 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
