The Calcutta high court restrained West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee from making any defamatory or incorrect statement against Governor CV Ananda Bose in connection with the sexual harassment allegations. Justice Krishna Rao passed the order in a defamation suit against the CM by the Governor. The Governor moved a plea before the high court against the chief minister and two West Bengal MLAs and a Trinamool leader for defamatory statements.
