Just 17 minutes ago, a 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck near Bogota, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. The tremor was recorded in the morning on Thursday, October 31st, 2024, at 11:31 am local time, at a very shallow depth of 5 km below the surface.
The event was filed by The Colombian Geological Service (SGC), the first seismological agency to report it.
