An earthquake of magnitude 3.9 occurred only 14 minutes ago 55 miles northwest of Elko, Nevada, United States, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a shallow depth of 7.5 miles beneath the epicenter near Elko, Elko County, Nevada, USA, in the morning on Monday, March 31st, 2025, at 9:28 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
