Magnitude 3.9 earthquake strikes near Manavgat, Manavgat İlçesi, Antalya, Turkey Just 20 minutes ago, a 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck near Manavgat, Manavgat İlçesi, Antalya, Turkey. The tremor was recorded early morning on Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at 1:19 am local time, at a shallow depth of 16.10 km below the surface. The event was filed by Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the first seismological agency to report it. A second report was later issued by The Seismological Survey of Serbia (SSS), which listed it as a magnitude 4.1 earthquake. Other agencies reporting the same quake include the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) at magnitude 3.9, the National Observatory of Athens (NOA) at magnitude 4.0, The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Geophysical Lab. (AUTH) at magnitude 3.9, and the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake at magnitude 4.0. Towns or cities near the epicenter where the quake might have been felt as very weak shaking include Çıralı (pop. 500) located 75 km from the epicenter, Beykonak (pop. 30,300) 83 km away, and Kemer (pop. 17,300) 84 km away. In Manavgat (pop. 99,300, 91 km away), Konakli (pop. 18,000, 94 km away), Belek (pop. 73,300, 96 km away), and Alanya (pop. 113,000, 97 km away), the quake was probably not felt.
