A magnitude 3.5 earthquake near Pau, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, was reported only 9 minutes ago by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), considered one of the key international agencies that monitor seismic activity worldwide.
