The first Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) satellite, built by Lockheed Martin for the U.S. Navy, was successfully launched on 24 February from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station aboard a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket. Source: Update: Atlas V lifts off with first MUOS satellite
