How to enable the "IRD" on TARBS box. I received "IRD disable" message every time try to operate the box.

Any cheapie will do don't spend to much, Remember the main reason you want to buy the box is all the channels on Globecast. UBI is just a bonus at the moment because if they stay on Optus B3 they will be encrypted.
