According to Lyngsat its a Globecast transponder. Unless Globecast is uplinking the services for Worldmedia

ok cause there has been test patterns on that freq for a while now and some of WMI channels are on 12729 H 28066 but no picture just sound

They told me they're using the same frequency and s/r as TARBS. Since it's FTA, they said that old TARBS decoders that haven't been tampered with should work.

my tarbs box works on 12729 H 28066<br />but wont work on 12646 H 28066 but last time i checked 12646 there was only color bars on it
