Moderate magnitude 4.7 quake hits 47 miles west of Anchorage, Alaska, United States early morning Just 3 minutes ago, a 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck near Anchorage, Alaska, USA. The tremor was recorded early morning on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at 6:38 am local time, at an intermediate depth of 53 miles below the surface.
The event was filed by the United States Geological Survey, the first seismological agency to report it.
