steven, was your box working till today or just purchased one and connected to the existing dish? If we don't know what the full story was, sorry we can not help you with the correct answer! Box obviously locked and does not recognised the card, which means your service was cancelled and if its pointing to Optus B3/UBI then you need to contact UBI to get your box/card activated...
