If its true then, there is simply one answer to that is TV Plus wants to stop customers returning back to UBI after their contract expires or so. By giving extra discount for the ex-Tarbs boxes, they will be able to collect many boxes as well as many customers who will not be able to go back to UBI unless pays extra for the box and the smartcard...<br /> <br /> <small>[ 15.
