95% sure hah? Then give us the facts! UBI may be getting Balkan channels but they are dreaming about the descent Greek channels. They won't get Cyprus Sat or ERT because they are government channels. They will not get Antenna because TARBS stills owes them 2 million dollars ie once bitten and twice shy. Antenna as a result will only stick to the major players. And that is a fact Debono.
