Satfreak,<br /><br />A. The fact that's it's all fixed now doesn't mean the inconvenience to viewers never happened.<br />B. How can PANAMSAT & GLOBECAST be playing with TV+'s encryption without TV+ requesting it?<br />C. Where was the back out plan for the "if it doesn't work"? Maybe it wasn't even treated as a project?<br /><br />Yes I know you may jump at the fact that everyone is in a test period and no one is guaranteeing the service anyway, but the providers are in a test period by us, the viewers. It would have given TV+ so many positive points if they had, as a courtesy, advised us that there will be testing for the next 24 hours. This way you set the expectation and keep the anxiety levels down. If you further, get the testing over and done with in less than the time specified, you would have over delivered and again scored some bonus points <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/default/wink.gif" /> <br /><br />Regards,<br />Vlad...
