Satfreak,<br /><br />A. The fact that's it's all fixed now doesn't mean the inconvenience to viewers never happened.<br />B. How can PANAMSAT & GLOBECAST be playing with TV+'s encryption without TV+ requesting it?<br />C. Where was the back out plan for the "if it doesn't work"? Maybe it wasn't even treated as a project?<br /><br />Yes I know you may jump at the fact that everyone is in a test period and no one is guaranteeing the service anyway, but the providers are in a test period by us, the viewers. It would have given TV+ so many positive points if they had, as a courtesy, advised us that there will be testing for the next 24 hours. This way you set the expectation and keep the anxiety levels down.
