had my first and bad run in with shopfast on friday<br />my order was to be delivered between 7 and 9 pm <br />i had to ring them at 9:45 to se were my order was and they said that it will be there in 30mins <br />then they rang at 5 to 10 and said that it will be and another hour <br />i said forget get it now i have to wait 6 days for a refund <br />my advice for those who wish to use the service go for the pay on delivery option so if some thing like this happens you wont be out of pocket <br />so tonight i went and got the food the old way <br />i was so dissapointed as i love new ways of doing things most when they save me time and money , hope they inprove things <br />because when the new internet fridges become afordable these are the companys that we will have to deal with <br />has any one else had a bad run in with these guys
