sorry for the late response: I didn't get any specific message, it just went blank when I accidentally changed channels and got back to Globo. I very rarely change channels, and this time it wouldn't allow me to get any images form tv Globo, I just got the bottom info bar and a black screen. I've turned on and off the box several times but it didn't work. It eventually fixed itself after 12 hours, and we were starting panicking because we wanted to watch the second last episode of a soap!!<br />Did you watch Bellissima, Joe?
