i dont know really i know most would throw a few things here and there of english content...but palma, kosava tv, and AVALA tv are popular so maybe make them chuck out english stuff and just play video clips instead....not that hard! They're not going to change their main channel for afew people in Australia. If they have enough content then they might be able to make a satellite channel, but no way would they shuffle around their main channel.
