Maybe it's like a flux in the wave of the veil. I think Chriss mentioned something to that effect about the knight picture.
(This is odd...I re-read and Chriss didn't say that... mmm... Sometimes it is your higher self delivering what it knows (IMO).  I don't get much blurring action, and I can't be sure on the above photo that I stood entirely still (though I didn't think I moved), but I have had a few instances of spirit blurring where I captured a spirit image clearly amidst it.
