I think the butterfly is a similar symbol to the flower [Linked Image] , both of which I see etched into the spirit matter of my photos. They are delicate, as you said, and beautiful, in contrast to the harshness of life. We need the harsh challenges to grow, but we equally need the reward of beauty for balance.

And the freedom the butterfly represents... the sweetest reward. cake
