At your age (late teens) plus being male (testosterone), you are bound to have some aggressive feelings. I am in favour of acknowledging said feelings, figuring out where they come from, then accepting and integrating them since they are a part of you. By integrating (loving) all parts of yourself, they are diluted in the whole and none "take over" as such. Just my passing thought... twocents
