They will access a child's school file for emergency phone numbers if they wish to speak to a child's biological relative but don't have any contact details. It's very sneaky. Centrelink is also a central hub for anybody who acquires personal information about anybody. This is simply because Centrelink files contain more information than any other organization. A party will go to Centrelink before they go to the Electoral Roll or anywhere else. Centrelink know if you divorce... They know the date of your Decree Nisi and your Decree Absolute. They will also know if you filed for Bankruptcy... Centrelink has more information on Australians than we realise.
