The saying, "We only use 10% of our brain," came from the fact that 90% of the cells in the brain are glial cells, not neurons. And it was long thought that glial cells were nothing more than a support network for neurons, which do the real brain work. But recent thinking is that glial cells do "stuff". So dunno
