After receiving an abusive phone call from the case worker, she threatened me on the phone and much more, i lost my temper and told her i was recording this and she is going down for what she said. We ended up in tatters, and she phoned me four times before court.

Got to court and there was a lawyer waiting for the three children, they expressed their issues, then i spoke to my lawyer, didnt feel too good about it all. Three children were outside waiting whilst i was in the office, and when i went out and who was their talking to them the case worker. I got them to come inside quick smart.

Court time, went in, and sat behind the kids, My lawyer and the Childrens lawyer was very good...
The case worker didnt look happy at all, not only were they unorganised but had nothing to warrant the removal of my daughter. The investigation is still proceeding but without them taking my daughter..... So in essence we won this one ...
