Teen charged over sex attack on 80yo woman

A boy, 16, has been arrested over the alleged indecent assault of an elderly woman at Salisbury Park.

Adelaide police allege the woman, 80, was assaulted at Harry Bowey Reserve last Tuesday.

Several people had reported a person making offensive comments and gestures to other people in the park.

The boy, from Elizabeth Vale, has been charged with aggravated indecent assault.

He has been given bail to appear in the youth court at Elizabeth.

I was going to leave this alone, for the old lady sake. But, It just jumps at me.

When a 16 yr old does something like that, he/she is then class by law and society as a teen and not a child,yet the other way round to DOCS 16 to them means a child.
Yet another division on the age factor.
