Abstract: An adjustably-autonomous intelligent systems approach for developing Closed Ecosystems (CESs) is presented, which includes a design concept and preliminary design details for the Controlled Closed-Ecosystem Development System (CCEDS) and the Orbiting Modular Artificial-Gravity Spacecraft (OMAGS).
