I'll give an example of the chat I had with OMJ recently. I haven't asked his permission, but I am sure he won't mind. He's pretty go-with-the-flow.

Mind you, he is still totally conscious, he is just able to access his higher self easily, IMO. And his higher self, like all of our higher selves, has its own specific viewpoint about reality that is unique. No one person has all the answers. We all have a piece of the puzzle, and I like to collect these perspective/pieces.

Quote
After a bit of fun and friendly chatting OMJ brought up the Islandic volcano...

Alisa: Yeah, the Islandic volcano?
OMJ: It has a big brother, 4times its size. And historically, every time the smaller one erupted, the larger one has erupted, too. I don't know if Volcanoes can cause "Nuclear Winters", but hey, we'll see.
Alisa: Yeah, the volcano spewing/airport closure really had my attention. If that is a small instance with a small volcano, then what else might occur.
OMJ: Indeed.
Alisa: You could also always inquire "within" for more info.
OMJ: And of course, there's this matter of the melting Permafrost. And, I suppose I could. x]

OMJ’s higher self seems to begin coming forward as we continue (probably due to the suggestion and the subject of our conversation)...

Alisa: What's the permafrost?
OMJ: Permafrost is soil thats been frozen for thousands of years. It contains a lot of dead plant matter ect.
Alisa: Oh...?
OMJ: Theres a large amount of it in Iceland (I think), but, its starting to melt, and its releasing Methane; which is a worse greenhouse gas than carbon. Its "trickling" out now, but if it were all to suddenly give in one huge bubble; thats a lot of Methane...
Alisa: Oh, I see! Lots of dead stuff is surfacing, like in the gulf of Mexico - the oil spill. Fossils...
OMJ: Hehe, thats true...
Alisa: The return of the dead!
OMJ: The dead are rising. wink
Alisa: Sync!
OMJ: The four horsemen.
Alisa: Is that an apocalyptic sign that you know of?
OMJ: War, Pestilance, Famine and... Plague?
Alisa: Does it upset you to think of things ending (in some way) if they do?
OMJ: Not particularly; All things that end return to the smooth cycle of everything; all things must end, but nothing "stops".
Alisa: True. But for your life personally?
OMJ: I must leave this body at some point.
Alisa: But does it bother you that it could be sooner than later?
OMJ: Would it truely be sooner if things were "planned" to end?
Alisa: Well, sooner than what you might have consciously expected.
OMJ: Our time of parting is judged, but our cause of ending is... Choosable.
Alisa: Our time is predetermined, but we get to choose how?
OMJ: Oh, of course.
Alisa: What predetermines the time/date?
OMJ: Personal will, essence, purpose... A number of factors I suppose.
Alisa: Ah. What chooses the method then?
OMJ: The human body is programmed to give up. It could quite easily go on forever; cells could replicate and rebuilt, the heart could heal, and as long as sustinance was gained, this cycle would continue.
Alisa: Wow! I remember once I drew a pink spiral thing and I labeled it "flesh clock".
OMJ: think of it as a fail-safe. =P
Alisa: What you said is really good.
OMJ: In the end, people choose when to leave their bodies.
Alisa: Wow!
OMJ: Ever heard the expression, those who keep staring survive?
Alisa: No.
OMJ: When someone is seriously injured, its the people who keep on breathing, keep on staring, that pull through. Those who give up generally tend to pass on.
Alisa: Oh, I see.
OMJ: There are exceptions, of course.
Alisa: Is it good that there is a finite time in body?
OMJ: Mmhm. I think so, personally.
Alisa: Because?
OMJ: For one thing, if you stayed in one classroom forever, you'd never learn anything else than what the classroom had been built for.
Alisa: Yeah. And another reason?
OMJ: The human body throughout life collects a lot of toxins. Both physically and mentally, as well as spiritually.
Alisa: Ooo
OMJ: Its like a dark radiation which permiates from many things, physical and non-physical. If one was to stay in body forever, they'd become very "radiated" indeed.
Alisa: But they couldn't renew? They can't purge the toxins?
OMJ: Only truly when out of body.
Alisa: So is the next step to move to a body of light? Non-physical?
OMJ: The flesh acts like a battery, storing ill thoughts, memories and physical. And, a non-physical vessel would seem inadequate; since one could quite easily exist spiritually, and be non-physical. But to exist spiritually in the material world would be like existing in an irradiated world without a suit. The body collects and perishes like one metal corrodes to save another.
Alisa: But what if you built a body that could exist in physical, but not be tied to the physical? Good analogy, BTW. The metals.
OMJ: Hm? Exist physically, but not bound physically?
Alisa: Yeah. A body of light. So it can be more flexible. Do you want to keep reincarnating?
OMJ: Consider this as an analogy: You're in a radioactive place, in a suit to protect you, and your visot is tinted to keep out the overwealming light within this place. Now, your gloves are thick, and whilst good for exploring this radioactive world, aren't apt to explore, say, the world outside it, but the buttons on this suit are fiddly. It would take practice, dedication and patience to be able to undo the suit, no?
Alisa: Yes! But do you think it is a worthwhile pursuit?
OMJ: That really depends. For some, what is outside of the suit is too bright, too frightening to the world within it.
Alisa: Yes. What about for you?
OMJ: I think its worthwhile.
Alisa: smile You are such an oracle.

This is a sample of the convo. He went into more amazing things that continued to delight me and taught me a lot.

I went to a hypnotist once about 12 years ago. It was interesting. He was very mild though and did not push me to answer. He'd say things like, "If it is too much, then don't feel you must answer." Part of me was like, Come on dude, put the thumbscrews on, I want to get to the bottom of my problems! Ha ha. I didn't go back to him. He was way too soft.

About 5 years ago I got a hold of some self-hypnosis audio and regressed myself. That's what you might want to try Queenie. It really works. You have to learn to relax though and allow yourself to drift. And then importantly, you have to accept the answers your mind retrieves for you and not fob it off as imagination. Because when you retrieve information from outside of your brain (past life material that your current senses have never experienced) the retrieval seems different and like imagination. You are used to experiencing something, seeing it, tasting it, smelling it, etc., and then physically/chemically retracing it to remember it. With pastlife, your body has no memory of it entering your brain so you are grabbing it from outside and bringing it in bypassing your senses.

I retrieved scenarios of living as other humans in other lives that helped me understand some of my current hang-ups and thoughts, beliefs, likes, dislikes, etc.

Why not get a hold of a regression CD and give it a go. meditate
