what a cool story Alisa! omg I can't believe you had the "ugh ugh" experience too! so you know exactly what I'm talking about then yay!! well I can't tell you if they were helping me or not. I just know I was panicking kinda like I was waiting for them or something that's why I said "they're here they're here" so maybe they were working on my body but don't know why the stomach area. I would love to be able to ask there names I think that is so awesome. I have much to learn. I remember when my mind first opened and orbs appeared to me too. I became fascinated with them and they started showing up more and more this is how I became orb-queen and it eventually led me to you.
